Topics included foundational behaviors that support safer husbandry, hoof care, and veterinary procedures, as well as positive reinforcement training, risk recognition, hoof health communication, and safely guiding giraffe through stressful or emergency situations. Attendees gained practical strategies for improving animal welfare, human-animal partnerships, proactive healthcare, and care-team confidence. This webinar was not RACE approved.
