The CDC’s COVID-19 One Health Working Group has created a One Health Case Investigation Form for Animals with SARS-CoV-2 for use in conducting epidemiological investigations into animals with suspected or confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection. This tool is intended to supplement the recommendations provided in the existing toolkit on the One Health Approach to Address Companion Animals with SARS-CoV-2.
