Currently, the New World Screwworm (NWS) fly is not present in the United States and there are no cases of NWS in the United States. However, awareness and updates are a helpful resource to the ZAHP community.

Veterinarians should report any suspicious cases to their state animal health official and APHIS office.

The following is a compiled list of resources. These materials are intended to support teams in reviewing information and considering options for their animal care practices.
