In March 2015 managed wildlife stakeholders from the Mid-Atlantic region came together to participate in a Communication workshop. This workshop is the second in a series that are being held in different USDA Veterinary Services Response Districts. These workshops are designed to understand communication streams between the formidable numbers of agencies that could be involved in a Foreign Animal Disease response. Additionally, participants had the opportunity to connect with a number of their state and local emergency and animal health officials in attendance for the event.
