The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has released two new Animal Care Tech Notes pertaining to the new contingency planning and training of personnel rule, which took effect on January 3, 2022. APHIS also released Form 7093, an optional form which may be used to meet the requirement for a written Contingency Plan.
